Creator of the ReHumanist approach

Hello, hello. I’m Soheil, the creator of the ReHumanist approach, and the world’s first ReHumanist, strange as that is to say.

Having had a half dozen near death experiences, including being declared dead at birth, my fascination with connection began from a young age, grew throughout my studies, flourishing as time went on into adulthood.

I’ve an unending curiosity and passion for people, and spent two decades within family offices, funds, and VCs. For years, I worked with governments and corporations, deeply immersed in cultures around the world, be it seeing the colours and communities across West Africa, witnessing revolution in Libya, or exploring the ever changing landscapes throughout China.

I've constantly sought the commonality of what connects us, and am at my brightest when helping others shine brightest themselves as they step out of the darkness.

Connection is what matters most to me, and I don’t have a “niche” beyond that. Committed completely to ReHumanity, I work with individuals from all walks of life, be it professionals, children, couples, or families.

To me, the power of connection is fundamentally universal in nature, and I hope what we are creating will be as accessible as possible. I’m blessed to have wonderful people around me, and hope to continue to build together as we strive for more.

Hi, I’m Andrew, co-founder at ReHumanity :)

My life has always felt paradoxical. I was born in wealthy Wimbledon, but almost fell into foster care at 11. I dropped out of school at 16, but got an offer from Cambridge University. And at 23, I achieved my dream of financial freedom, and set off to travel the world!

But in the years that followed, I fell into the fieriest depths of hell. The burning darkness of my childhood & an endless struggle to find meaning brought to me my knees: at 27 I found myself 60 seconds away from suicide. The irony at the time was I worked as Director of a happiness charity! And fortunately, that’s where I met Soheil, one of the advisors.

He told me he helped people in crisis, people like me. Having previously spent 10 years and £50k+ on every type of therapy in the world, I was extraordinarily skeptical! But in just a few weeks, I rediscovered my true self. I realised I had been living someone else’s life all this time. I never cared about money or achieving things. I care about helping people, creating beauty, playing games, and fighting for justice. And so now that’s my life - in all its colour.

Co-Founder at ReHumanity

Hi, I’m Amir, co-founder at ReHumanity :)

Being born to poor immigrants in the UK, my life mission as it was given to me, was to make my parents proud through being ‘successful’. After getting perfect grades in school, winning national debate championships, teaching myself coding at age 14 and getting a 1st in Mathematics, I was perfectly placed to achieve my life’s utilitarian mission. Of course, this culminated with a job at McKinsey as a management consultant … yet somehow as a glorified powerpoint monkey, I wasn’t exactly too happy.

I quit. For quite a period, I was pretty unhappy - unsure of what to do; depressed; suicidal at times. Soheil’s revolutionary approach reconnected me with my own internal power and drive. I felt deeply for the first time that I didn’t need to be successful to be happy (a fact that’s very easy to see logically but very difficult to feel in your soul).

My passion is human beings and people. I think it’s quite possibly the most fascinating, mysterious and magic-inducing part of being alive on earth. That’s why I choose to dedicate everything to genuinely spreading more humanity to every single person.

The principles at the heart of ReHumanity.

  1. Connection

Our most fundamental belief is on the importance of being connected with ourselves, that the Primary Connection that matters most is the one within us, and the damage that disconnection can cause. When connected, the possibilities are endless, yet when disconnected, so much feels impossible.
